Delivery Details
We dispatch orders mid-day (12pm) Monday to Friday. All orders are Express 1-2 day delivery with DPD.
- Dispatch days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
- Due to the nature of our business there may be extended lead times for certain items, however every effort will be made to deliver all products by the agreed date. (If no tracking details are received within 48 hours then please contact us)
- If there is anything wrong with the items once they have been received, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of the consignment being signed for so that we can rectify the problem.
- Due to the volume of orders coming in over Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays, please be aware that there may be delays processing orders over this period.
Shipping Charges
The delivery cost is calculated on the fair weight of the items you place in the shopping basket, the maximum weight we are permitted to place in a single box is 30kg, consequently orders over 30kg will be delivered in several boxes, shipping can be calculated in the cart prior to checkout.
Mainland UK: Standard shipping on orders under £50 is £6.99 for express 1-2 day shipping with DPD, although please be aware that the cut off to place orders is 12pm Monday to Friday, anytime after then will be collected the following day.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 & weighs below 30kg, we charge a discounted shipping rate of £6.99 for every 30kg over the first 30kg.
Highland & Islands: Standard shipping on orders under £100 is £15.99 for express 1-2 day shipping with DPD, although please be aware that the cut off to place orders is 12pm Monday to Friday, anytime after then will be collected the following day.
We offer free shipping to the Highlands & Islands on orders over £100 and weighs below 30kg then we charge a discounted shipping rate of £12.99 for every additional 30kg there after.
Example: If your order is over £50 and your basket weight is 30.1kg to 60kg you will pay 1 x shipping £6.99.
Then 60.1kg to 90kg it will cost £13.98 and so forth.
Your first 30kg are always free of charge.
If your order is below £50 and weighs 30kg, you will pay 1 x £6.99 shipping then a discounted price of £6.99 for every additional 30kg as stated in the example above.
